Mosey around the parking lot and performed a set of exercises OYO by the flags.
Mosey around the parking lot between each set.
1st set: HR burpees 5x
2nd set: HR burpees 5x + HR merkins 10x
3rd set: HR burpees 5x + HR merkins 10x + squat jumps 15x
4th set: HR burpees 5x + HR merkins 10x + squat jumps 15x + heels to the heaven 20x
5th set: HR burpees 5x + HR merkins 10x + squat jumps 15x + heels to the heaven 20x + carolina dry docks 25x
6th set: HR burpees 5x + HR merkins 10x + squat jumps 15x + heels to the heaven 20x + carolina dry docks 25x + alt lunges 30x
7th set: HR burpees 5x + HR merkins 10x + squat jumps 15x + heels to the heaven 20x + carolina dry docks 25x + alt lunges 30x + LBC 35x
