20 BonnieBlairs (Jump Squats)
10 Burpees
Run 400 Meters
RINSE AND REPEAT for atotal of 4 rounds for time.

Even though I “lead” the workout today. When I started I was already telling myself that I wouldn’t finish before the workout was over, but I did because this group of guys encouraged one another. My time was horrible but I finished and that’s what we are all supposed to do. Finish what you start.
