WARM-O-RAMA:
We did some 20 count SSHs in Cadence to shake everything up. Stretch OYO while demos were done of the exercises….. and “Tha Thang” was explained. It was explained multiple times…… thanks greenwood.
THA-THANG:
15 Block Jump Over Burpees which are decreased by one each round. Then one of the following exercises
50 Hand Released Merkins, 50 Goblet Squats (with CMU), 50 Leg raises with with CMU arm extensions
Then a 10 yard there and back broad jump.

The iron pax has been a blast to implement. Although YHC personally hasn’t set any records it has been encouraging to see the Pax come together push themselves past exhaustion. Keep the number coming. Great work guys
