When I went to bed last night, I had my doubts about this morning’s BC actually happening. However, the sky q held off the light show for a while so let’s get after it!!

I’m a worrier by nature. I challenged myself and PAX to not worry so much about things to come that are likely out of our control that it makes it impossible for us to be as good as we need to be today. Live in the moment. Be the best father, husband, coworker you can be in this moment. Don’t let fear or anxiety paralyze.

MOLESKIN:
It’s always great to be able to get in the stadium. Roots challenged me to make the penalty for breaking the hold during Howling Monkey more penal. The burn is real when a burpee is a break. Look for that to go up to 3 burpees next time.
