While Partner 1 is doing the 1-2-3, Partner 2 Bear Crawls (Merkin set), Lung walks (LBC set) or Gorilla crawls (Squat set) around the island in the middle of the parking lot and back, then flip flop until all Merkins, LBCs, and Squats are complete

YHC definitely falls into the trap of idolatry and mistaking the blessings of God for a greater gift than the true Gift, the Giver. It’s good to remember that God is always present with us even when we aren’t present with him mentally, spiritually, etc. But all we have to do is look his way and we have the Giver, the glorious God of the universe who wants to be in relationship with us.
MOLESKIN:
YHQ was truly, qewely, deweley humbled by the amount of PAX who defied Cantore and showed up in the rain for my VQ. Some things didn’t go according to plan (like being able to have our beatdown in the much drier gazebo) but the PAX gave it their all and didn’t complain (much). I know several PAX said they were smoked and that is a good thing to here after my VQ. I’ve been a part of F3 for close to 3 months now and I’m very thankful the impact it has had on my life and the newfound community. Thanks guys!
