We begin the exercising mile!

3 of each for several rounds-
Pull ups
Dips
Lunges (each side)
On the last set we do as much as we can!
Somewhere inbetween all these sets a nice young man with an overloaded truck drops a coupon for Commando to get an extra workout in.

40 mountain climbers

10 swerkins
5 pull-ups
squats until you repeat
