This might be YHC’s fave total body beatdown. Every muscle group was used. Today was a smokefest and snotwoggler, especially for YHC. The humidity was rather oppressive. Proud of the men who posted and finished, including our 1 FNG. Not an easy BC by any stretch, especially for an FNG (55=RESPECT) by way of a referral from our new friends at ‘Lift Heavy-Run Long’ in Olive Branch and Olive Branch Crossfit.
