THA-THANG:
Bluer Mile: PAX run 1 mile and every 200 M perform an exercise. Alternated 25 Big Boy Sit-ups and 25 Squats. Flutter kicks until most PAX finished. Then, PAX completed 1 additional lap with the 6.

Bluest Mile/Merkin Mile: PAX run 1 mile but stop every 400M to complete 25 Merkins. Then, PAX completed 1 additional lap with the 6.

MARY:
1 round of Shoulder Blasters, 10 LOL’s each side, 10 Dying Cockroaches, 10 LBC’s
