- Rope…. make the waves from a squatted position
- 130# farmer carry….. grip strength for days
- Slam Balls, #30, or #80
- Sled 90#, push it real good
- Tire flip, choose light or heavy tire
- Sledge hammer on tire that wasn’t in use
