The goal was a high intensity leg workout.

  • Fireman’s carry up Beale Street Landing, at top partner alternates fireman’s carry for 10 squats, and then both lunge down hill. Repeat for other partner.

  • 40 yard sprint against partner (Loser 5 burpees/Winner 10 Murkins)
  • 20 Monkey Humpers
  • 40 yard sprint against partner (Loser 5 burpees/Winner 10 Murkins)
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • Quite a bit further than a 40 yard sprint against partner (Loser 5 burpees/Winner 10 Murkins)
  • 10 Step ups – 2 is 1
