Hand Release Morg Mountain

THA-THANG:
Slow mosey around the perimeter of the Morg, with 10 stops to perform the exercises listed below.  Did the first exercise at the first stop.  Did the first and second exercises at the second stop.  Continue adding an additional exercise at each stop until finally doing the entire list at the last stop back at the Shovel Flag.

We only had enough time at the last stop to do the HRBs and HRMs.
