WARM-O-RAMA:
10 Daisy Pickers, Forward Arm Circles, Backward Arm Circles, Mosey halfway around the play ground to the Funnel Ball Court (is it called a court??)

THA-THANG:
The playground contained 2 Funnel Ball Hoops (sample picture below), with each hole labeled 1-6. We simply had a list of exercises and shot a basketball into one of the funnel hoops to determine the multiplier for said exercise till time.
