Like this work-out, as in life, don’t avoid the hard thing. Do it first. Get it out of the way. Funny how the Burpee (B) feels like a breeze when you start with the BBB then do BB then B. Is it the mental or physical battle we face? Or both.
MOLESKIN:
- This work-out pushed us all. We all survived. Throwing in the ‘swinging gate’ element was a welcomed addition as we gallavanted around the pristine turf field like a sonar radar. You had to be there.
