Field of CMU Dreams

THA-THANG:
150yd walk with holding CMUs overhead. Stopped every 50 yds for 10 burpees till we got to the turf.

Made it to the Field for:

50 bicep curls then farmer’s carry CMU 50yd out and back

50 Tricep Pulls then carry CMU 50yd out and back in front (don’t rest on belly!)

50 Upright Rows then carry CMU 100yd out and back in front freestyle

50 Kettle Swings then carry CMU 100 yd out and back farmer carry

50 Chest Press then carry CMU 100 yd out and back over head.

Left our coupons on the field and went for a light mosey around the pond before coming back to Start.
