- Tha Thang
- Who: Err’body.
- What: A burpee challenge – double the date and do that number of consecutive burpees each day.
- Where: Outside of workouts, on your own (OYO).
- When: Feb 1 – Feb 28.
- Why: To get #bettertogether by progressing from 2 to 56 consecutive burpees throughout the month and encouraging fellow PAX to do the same.
- How: Double the date and complete that number of consecutive burpees each day for the month of Februburpee.
- The official F3 exicon prescribes the burpee as “a multi-step, full-body exercise in which you move from standing to push-up to squat to jump.”
- As always, modify as necessary.
- Use #Februburpee on social media for accountability & encouragement.
- Example:
Feb 1 x 2 = 2 burpees
Feb 2 x 2 = 4 burpees
Feb 3 x 2 = 6 burpees
…
Feb 27 x 2 = 54 burpees
Feb 28 x 2 = 56 burpees
