The Sad Clowns all whined
They had too much to do
But soon were found dead

For stamina in their heartsacks!

  • Tha Thang
    • Who: Err’body.
    • What: A burpee challenge – double the date and do that number of consecutive burpees each day.
    • Where: Outside of workouts, on your own (OYO).
    • When: Feb 1 – Feb 28.
    • Why: To get #bettertogether by progressing from 2 to 56 consecutive burpees throughout the month and encouraging fellow PAX to do the same.
    • How: Double the date and complete that number of consecutive burpees each day for the month of Februburpee.
      • The official F3 exicon prescribes the burpee as “a multi-step, full-body exercise in which you move from standing to push-up to squat to jump.”
      • As always, modify as necessary.
      • Use #Februburpee on social media for accountability & encouragement.
      • Example:
        Feb 1 x 2 = 2 burpees
        Feb 2 x 2 = 4 burpees
        Feb 3 x 2 = 6 burpees

        Feb 27 x 2 = 54 burpees
        Feb 28 x 2 = 56 burpees
