A: On the main menu above, click on “Schedules”, then “Q Schedule”. This will take you to the Google Sheet where the schedule is kept. If you’d like to sign up to Q a workout, contact the AOQ for that site.
A: On the main menu above, click on “PAX”, then “Q Resources”, then “Submit FNG Info”. This will take you to a Google form. The password for the form is in a post pinned to the #q-memphis channel in Slack.
A: Young men 15 and older are welcome to attend when accompanied by a father or guardian. As a region, we have decided to restrict regular workouts to children 14 and younger, in order to foster an environment where men can share real life issues with one another without having to worry about filtering it for young ears.
Having said that, we periodically host “2.0-friendly” workouts, and any AOQ is free to designate any specific workout (or even his entire AO) to be 2.0 friendly.
