Winter in the Mid-South can be unpredictable. Changes in the weather can cause even the most committed Man to change his routine or take a break from the grind. Knowing that setting Goals can help that Man push through, we’ve come up with the Equinox Challenge. Starting January 1, 2019, you’ll have a checklist of Goals in each of the Three Fs, designed to sustain Momentum in the first twelve weeks of 2019.
We’re asking you to Post to workouts, attend Coffeeterias, participate in volunteer opportunities, and read four books. FOUR BOOKS! In the end, we’re looking for iron to sharpen iron as each Man Accelerates through Winter 2019. The tasks must be completed by the Spring Equinox (March 20, 2019), so time is of the essence.
