THA-THANG:

Little Mosey to the NW side of the parking lot. PAX were given the rundown and partnered up. Each pair were to perform a set number of reps combined. One would do the exercise the other would run to a specified area in the lot given by the QIC.

50 Burpees

100 OHCs (2 equaled 1)

150 Merkins

200 BBS

250 Squats

Once complete the PAX ran 2 wind sprints down and back.
