While Partner 1 is doing the 2-4-6, Partner 2 Bear Crawls 30 yards and backwards runs back, then swap until the team completes each exercise.

As teams finished they fell in to help the other teams hit their goal.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
YHC struggles with being patient with others, often holding people to standards they’re not equipped to handle, then being frustrated when they don’t accomplish the task at hand. While YHC doesn’t have a ‘hot temper’, there is need in continually seeking to be more patient with others, just as God is patient with me.
