Dora the Explorers hardcore cousin… Diego!

THA-THANG:
YHC led PAX to grass area to explain the the beat down he was about to serve.  Expressed how Diego is MUCH tougher than B.O.M.B.S or Dora which is why I chose this and not one of the other variations (and I was committed to using my CMU today).  Made sure the PAX knew we weren’t messing around!

Diego (Dora the Explorers cousin)

PAX partnered up (Mohawk rolled solo keeping stride with Eagle) – while one partner performs reps, the other ran ~50 yards forward then backwards to partner.  Flapjack until team goal is reached.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
YHC expressed being in the moment and being thankful for all the good things happening.  Realized the day before it was already Thursday and the week was a blur… We often forget to take time to be in the moment in life and enjoy our families/friends and be thankful for the life we have been given.  Too many times we get caught up in work and after work routines, kids, dinner, chores, etc. and forget to LIVE LIFE!

MOLESKIN:
The growth we have seen at Neverland lately is truly a blessing and YHC encouraged all PAX to keep recruiting and spreading the good word about F3!
