Partner 1 mosey down to 1st cone at parking lot, sprint to 2nd cone, side shuffle left to 3rd cone, back peddle to 4th cone, side shuffle right back to 1st cone, then mosey back and pick up where Partner 2 left off. Partner 2 will perform 1st exercise while Partner 1 runs. 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats, 200 CMU curls, and 100 4-count flutterkicks.
