As said by Master Yoda, Do or do not, there is no try. I never understood that until Star Wars Rebels explained it (thank you Disney+ #notanad). When you try, you leave yourself open to acceptable failure. Saying you will try means that you doubt that you can accomplish your goal. If you are going to do something, focus on doing it, dont just try.

Im finding that working out in the cold is not as brutal as i thought it would be. Im still doing a lot of sweating.
