Hinedburg BLIMPS on the goose field. 4 Cones on the field in a rectangular shape. @ Cone perform that rounds exercise then sprint to next cone and repeat till 4th cone, hold plank till all in. Exercises were
- Burpees x 10 each cone
- Lunges x 20 each cone
- Imperial Walkers x 30 each cone
- Merkins x 40 each cone
- Plank Jacks x 50 each cone (we hit time after plank jacks at 0610 and opted for a little mary)
- Squats x 60 each cone (reluctantly skipped)
MARY:
Freddie Mercuries x 10, BBSU x 10, LBC x 10 and time was called by Pops (Time Q). Bananas for everyone.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Still along the lines of my last COT. Its multiple times a week now that I am coming across people who are asking for help and at their wits end with depression and hopelessness. Be mindful and looking for opportunities to make a difference in someone else’s life. Even a kind word can make all the difference.
Prayer: Zidane : discernment and wisdom in approaching a situation where a student has reached out for help.
MOLESKIN:
Pops ridiculed me for walking the (Shovel) Flag out with an umbrella. It was deserved. I underestimated the time it would take to run the Hindenburg BLIMPS. They are a Modified version of BLIMPS, and I’d probably recommend just tossing a few BLIMPS in a workout over the Hindes.
