After a very brief explanation of what Tabata is, we did 10 rounds of Tabata.

1. Side straddle hop

4. Butterfly sit-up
5. Overhead press (with Hacker Pavers)

7. Plank (with optional one-hand row)
8.  Apolo Ohno
9. American hammer
10. Burpee

Moleskin: The PAX were initially skeptical of this exercise. Some of them maybe even thought it would be easy. We stayed in the same spot almost the whole time and still got a full-body workout.
