PAX not doing reps ran the same route that we ran during the warm up.

Moseyed to the bottom of the hill.

Round 2: Team races (Borrowed this from LocHTe)

Formed two teams.

Team 1: Honey Boo Boo, Choker, Mohawk

Team 2: Beef Log, Eagle, Oneder

1 PAX from each team makes it to the top of the hill via the designated form of transportation. At the top, PAX completes reps and runs back down. Once at the bottom, the next PAX goes. Each PAX goes twice before the race is complete. The PAX waiting at the bottom of the hill performs reps of a certain exercise until it is their turn to race.

Christmas looks a lot different this year. Typically our schedules are packed with office parties, Sunday school parties, end of the season soccer parties, gift exchanges for our kids and their friends and many, many other things. This year we have a lot more time on our hands. Personally, I am thankful for the breather. Its given us to opportunity to focus on they true meaning of Christmas through a nightly devotional. I encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to reinforce the true meaning of Christmas in our kids.

Prayed for Mohawk’s Great Great Grandmother who is currently hospitalized and awaiting Covid test results, Prayed for my family as my wife has started Humira to treat an auto-immune disease, this medicine makes her immunocompromised.

I had the pleasure of going against Mohawk in the 3rd & 6th position of each race. If y’all don’t know him, he is Eagle’s 13 year old son. This young HIM is a shape-shifter. I believe he actually became a bear & a crab during those races. Team 2 had no chance.

This is my 3rd time posting at Neverland. It is way out there for most of us, but I encourage you all to make the trip. Its a fun AO with a solid group of men.

This was also my 3rd Q. The first 2 were non-stop movement & effort. There was no time to catch your breath during either of them. I tried to build in some moments here to slow the pace back to a manageable rate (transferring to the hill, transferring back to the startex, providing instruction between each race). This strategy made it feel less chaotic, but the work was still put in. I learn something new every time.
