The Thang:

PAX took a trip to Cone-y Island by completing a cone circuit around the multipurpose fields

At each cone, PAX performed 20 merkins

Circuit consisted of:
Bear crawl 20 yards to Cone One (20 merkins)
Crab walk 20 yards backward to Cone 2 (20 merkins)
Lunge walk 50 yards to Cone 3 (etc)
Sprint 50 yards to Cone 4 (etc)
Lateral army crawl 60 yards sideways to Cone 5 (etc)
Backpedal 100 yards to final cone for last set of Merkins

Much mumblechatter was heard at the urging to complete final set of merkins at Cone Endex

Round 2 was the same circuit in reverse, but with 10 burpees at each station. Total of 120 merkins and 120 burpees.

Lap around field to collect cones

15 bodybuilders OYO

PAX then completed lateral high knees shuttle over cones for 5 rounds

Mary: Flutter kicks IC x 20, ABCs, Hello Dollies, Dealer’s Choice for 2 rounds finished by “America’s next big ab workout sensation” – the Twerkin Gherkin, the Pickle Pounder’s less awkward, slightly more painful cousin, whereby PAX assume an elbow plank position, lowered said gherkin, and completed slow hip rotations to each side 2x to really work those obliques. This exercise will be submitted for consideration to the Lexicon through proper channels. No eye contact was made for duration.

Count-o-Rama

Name-o-Rama

COT / BOM:
YHC discussed a devotion series he’s reading through on the glorification of God.
God created us to glorify Him in all we do. God is most glorified when we are most satisfied in him, and he wants us to find joy in His glorification even in the small things we do in life. PAX were encouraged to examine their lives, their daily routines, and if they find any consistent behavior or routine where God can have no place, to consider excluding that from the margins of our lives.

YHC read 1 Cor 10:31 –  So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God

Moleskin:
Captain Obvious welcomed a new nephew into the world earlier this morning. Continue to pray for his family and for their continued health.
