For 10 minutes,
Either 5 pull-ups or 5 burpees. Total of 50 reps. (Woodpecker and Soulja Boy combined these for 100 reps!
Blimps Circuit: 5 burpees, 10 lunge each leg, 15 imperial walker, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats. Rinsed and repeated much to Chokers delight.
