CMU overhead Mosey to turf fields.
Mosey to wooden fence between turf fields and playground.
Single Arm Dips along fence with feet propped on parking curbs, 10x each arm OYO.
Mosey back to turf fields.
CMU walk to around 50 yards out.
CMU Diego – one partner exercises while other partner runs; team backs up 10 yards after each exercise:
- 100 Merkins
- 150 CMU Overhead Press
- 200 LBCs
- 250 CMU Block Curls
- 300 CMU Squats (cut short for time).
Australian Snow Angels- 50x OYO or until time; then CMU walk back to shovel flag.
