New Region Plants:
We have the privilege of helping two new regions get off the ground. The mission of F3 is to plant, serve, and grow men’s workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. We’ve been doing awesome planting new AOs in the Memphis area, and now it’s time to start branching out. In August/September, we’ll be helping launch F3 in Martin, TN and Mobile, AL. Join the #plant channels in Slack to get in on the action.

F3 Martin: Launching 8/4
Memphis will Q 8/11 and 9/1 – go visit any Saturday in August or September to show support. Free lodging will be available. 

F3 Mobile: Launching 8/18
Memphis will Q 8/25 – Right now Bruce, O Positive, Bottomless, and Four Eyes are on board. 

GrowRuck 12, September 21-23:
Registration is open! Go pay your deposit!  While there isn’t a hard deadline for registration, paying now will help F3 plan the event.

We sent nine HIM to Chattanooga last year for GrowRuck 05, and we all came home with stronger bonds as brothers, lots of personal lessons, and a greater appreciation of F3’s mission/vision and the IMPACT we can have on Sad Clown Syndrome in our community. Toledo had 97 start and finish GrowRuck 09. Our goal is to beat that number. Start training and headlocking now!

Party Planner Phat Pat, riding the coattails of another, planned a great 2nd F event for us – a movie at Overton Square. They’re showing “The Sandlot,” which should require no introduction. Dads, check the content before deciding whether to bring your kids. More info here

Chick Fil A Picnic 6/30, 10a-2p:

Friday night will include some solid 2nd F action. Saturday morning we’ll do a bootcamp and F3’s Grow School (led by Dredd and OBT). Saturday night through Sunday morning will be the GORUCK Tough challenge, the quintessential CSAUP event. We sent nine HIM to Chattanooga last year for GrowRuck 05, and we all came home with stronger bonds as brothers, lots of personal lessons, and a greater appreciation of F3’s mission and vision. Toledo had 97 start and finish GrowRuck 09. Our goal is to beat that number. Start training and headlocking now!

Fridays will be ruck workouts 0515-0615. The Annex is moving to a Tuesday-Thursday schedule. Finally, the Levee is going to do ruck workouts on Fridays from now until GrowRuck. GrowRuck 12:
The date has been finalized: 9/21-23. Put it on your calendars now, and let’s start training! This event combines a GORUCK Custom Tough challenge with F3’s Lead School, led by Dredd and OBT. Friday night will include some solid 2nd F action. Saturday morning we’ll do a bootcamp and F3’s Grow School (led by Dredd and OBT). Saturday night through Sunday morning will be the GORUCK Tough challenge, the quintessential CSAUP event. We sent nine HIM to Chattanooga last year for GrowRuck 05, and we all came home with stronger bonds as brothers, lots of personal lessons, and a greater appreciation of F3’s mission and vision. Toledo just had 97 start and finish GrowRuck 09. Our goal is to beat that number. Start training and headlocking now!

Shoestring, our 1st F Q, is doing Q-school this month at several AOs. He’s going to be at the Morg (Monday) and Levee (Wednesday) this week. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how to lead an F3 workout. No, the workout won’t be any easier.
