Highlights for the week: It’s GrowRuck week (finally!) and we have five VQs (Jailbait, Rapunzel, Beaker, Book It, and Murdock). There are a few open Q slots this week. New Region Plants:
The mission of F3 is to plant, serve, and grow men’s workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. We’ve been doing awesome planting new AOs in the Memphis area, and now we’re extending further out. In October, we’ll have the chance to help launch in Martin, TN. Join the #plant channels in Slack to get in on the action. We’re also targeting Little Rock and Jackson, TN.

GrowRuck 12, September 21-23:
You’re running out of time! You’ll likely never have the chance to experience this again with 50 of your best buds. It will be a loooong time before GrowRuck comes back to Memphis, if ever.

We’ve been doing awesome planting new AOs in the Memphis area, and now it’s time to start branching out. Last week, Bottomless and Four Eyes went to Mobile, AL to help with their launch. In October, we’ll have the chance to help launch in Martin, TN. Join the #plant channels in Slack to get in on the action. We’re also targeting Little Rock and Jackson, TN.

Thanks to the PAX who came out to our service project at Connect Language Center – Woody, Speaker, Tomb Raider, Bottomless, Cheesesteak, Daniel Tiger, Gepetto, Snowman, Soybean, and Teacher’s Pet. We cleaned and hung whiteboards to help get their space ready for classes. Also, T-CLAPs to Bottomless and Four Eyes for traveling to Mobile to help with their launch, and to Choker, Orange Julius, Phat Pat, Snookie, Soybean, and Vocals for traveling to Little Rock for an exploratory black ops beatdown! 

Iron PAX Challenge:
We’re joining other F3 regions across the nation in a little friendly competition: who is the fittest PAX of them all. There will be weekly, timed challenges, and each PAX who participates will report his own results. Check Slack for more details. Cheesesteak is our Iron PAX Q.

F3 Memphis Anniversary:
We’re turning one! A year ago, 42 HIM launched a movement in Memphis. This Saturday, we’ll celebrate our first year of existence with an old-fashioned snot woggler led by Gus. After the workout, we’ll have cold-brewed coffee and a potluck breakfast. Families are welcome! We want to see a huge group out, so start EH-ing!

Iron PAX Challenge:
We’re joining other F3 regions across the nation in a little friendly competition: who is the fittest PAX of them all. There will be weekly, timed challenges, and each PAX who participates will report his own results. Check Slack for more details. Cheesesteak is our Iron PAX Q.

New Region Plants:
We have the privilege of helping two new regions get off the ground. The mission of F3 is to plant, serve, and grow men’s workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. We’ve been doing awesome planting new AOs in the Memphis area, and now it’s time to start branching out. In August, we’ll be helping launch F3 in Mobile, AL. Martin, TN launch has been pushed to October. Join the #plant channels in Slack to get in on the action.

GrowRuck 12, September 21-23:
Registration is open! Go pay your deposit!  While there isn’t a hard deadline for registration, paying now will help F3 plan the event.

Bruce is the Event Q, and is already working with F3 Nation to finalize the weekend’s plans. Do not miss this opportunity. All 3 F’s will be out in full force. We sent nine HIM to Chattanooga last year for GrowRuck 05, and we all came home with stronger bonds as brothers, lots of personal lessons, and a greater appreciation of F3’s mission/vision and the IMPACT we can have on Sad Clown Syndrome in our community. Toledo had 97 start and finish GrowRuck 09. Our goal is to beat that number. Start training and headlocking now!

FNG Challenge:
We’re competing with several other regions to see who can EH the most FNGs. We’ve got 103 since the beginning of June. Keep headlocking, and don’t neglect our newest PAX!
