YHC planned on sharing from Ephesians 4, but instead shared about our tendency to deny our needs, even when we have reached the end of ourselves. The only reason we make it through F3 workouts is because of the support and encouragement we give and receive from one another. The same is true in our lives. We can do so much more, and will be so much healthier, if we lean into support from one another and, most importantly, the love and support of the Sky Q.
We had to dig deep, but it was worth it. YHC enjoyed facing the challenge with his brothers.
