Moseyed to the following locations and YHC shared a new memory about his life at each station.  At the next station, pax were quizzed on each memory building on the one’s before it.  By the end of the workout, all pax had memorized Carport’s memories.

Station 1 – Startex – 10 burpees/10 squats/10 merkins
Carport’s Memory: Born on Easter Sunday in West Memphis, Arkansas

Station 2 – First Parking Lot – 10 burpees/10 squats/10 merkins
Carport’s Memory: First stitches at 5 years old while playing Dukes of Hazzard

Station 3 – Random spot between station 2 and 4 – 10 burpees/10 squats/10 merkins
Carport’s Memory: Brother is born

Station 4 – Old Morg Startex – 10 burpees/10 squats/10 merkins
Carport’s Memory: Rode bike off trailer and broke nose

Station 5a – Pavilion – 10 burpees/10 squats/10 merkins
Carport’s Memory: First kiss under a friends carport (Hence the F3 name)

Sleep Number gave us a quick demonstration of his superpower.  He can release toxic invisible chemicals into the atmosphere through flatulence.  He has deadly aim and surprising distance and got us all when we least expected it.  Thankfully no one’s mouth was open but he cleared the floor.  YHC accidentally walked into the tail end of it’s path and was short of breath the remainder of the workout.

Carport’s Memory: First heartbreak

Carport’s Memory: Met wife and got married

Station 8 – First Parking Lot – 10 burpees
Carport’s Memory: Kids are born

Station 9 – Startex – 10 squats/10 merkins
