Cardio with some alt 90s music

THE SCENE:
Great clear morning, but if it’s below 70 it’s always too cold.

WARM-O-RAMA

Daisy pickers, imperial walkers, and arm circles with a short mosey.


THA-THANG:

It was a pyramid type workout consisting of six exercises to include SSH, mountain climbers, butt kicks, high knees, crunches, and burpees. Each exercise lasted 1 minute and build upon each other. Once all six exercises were complete we went back down the pyramid.

The workout went well with some good 90s alternative tune to help us along

2020 was a dumpster fire. Let’s hold our heads high for 2021 and know that the good lord has us. We do not need to worry. Keep on keepin on.
