1) SSH as soon as the music starts to play. Continue SSH until end of song unless you are performing burpee (see step 2).
2) When you hear “I get knocked down, but I get up again,” execute one burpee.
YHC forgot to bring his portable bluetooth speaker, so the music was not as loud as promised. YHC will do better next time. The PAX seemed to hate this warm-up, so we’ll be doing it again soon.

YHC was going to have the PAX complete the next exercise in the grass. However, when he was holding Al Gore, he noticed some fireants crawling along the curb directly in front of his feet. He then felt a bite from one of those ants and decided to vacate the premises.

COT / BOM: YHC had prepared a word from the Word about physical and spiritual training, but Radio’s request had put him in an Emotionally Erect state. YHC had heard of Radio’s grandmother’s death at church just yesterday and was impressed by the Legacy left by Patti Ozier. Dredd is focusing on Legacy this week as the topic for QSource, and this woman indeed left one behind. Her obituary reads, in part:
She was devoted to her family and is survived by her [three] children, . . . nine grandchildren, . . . and 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, First Evangelical Church Missions Fund and Young Life of Memphis were lifelong ministries she supported.
A legacy indeed!
