Burpees and Rust Hall
A cool fall morning!

- 25x Side Straddle Hops
- 10x Daisy Pickers
- 15x Imperial Walkers
- 10x Windmills
- 5x Burpees
Mosey to the steps of Rust Hall with 2 stops along the way. We did 5x Burpees at each stop.
Once at Rust Hall, we did two rounds of 11s.
- Round 1: Squats at the bottom of the steps. Burpees at the top
- Round 2: Big Boy Situps at the bottom of the steps. Mercans at the top.
Mosey back home. 2 stops along the way. 5x Burpees at each stop.
