Burpees and Rust Hall

THE SCENE:
A cool fall morning!

F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER

WARM-O-RAMA:

  • 25x Side Straddle Hops
  • 10x Daisy Pickers
  • 15x Imperial Walkers
  • 10x Windmills
  • 5x Burpees

THA-THANG:
Mosey to the steps of Rust Hall with 2 stops along the way. We did 5x Burpees at each stop.

Once at Rust Hall, we did two rounds of 11s.

  • Round 1: Squats at the bottom of the steps. Burpees at the top
  • Round 2: Big Boy Situps at the bottom of the steps. Mercans at the top.

Mosey back home. 2 stops along the way. 5x Burpees at each stop.
