SSH, Daisy Picker, Imperial Walker, Squats, Merkins, Arm circles (10 front 10 back). 

All together: stretch legs. 

THA-THANG:

Burpees EMOM for 10 minutes, from 5-10 reps.

Picnic tables: get over table in between reps.

11’s: aqua man, monkey humpers.

Step ups til all in.

Burpees EMOM from 5-10 reps.

MARY:

Side Dips. Groiners. Flutter. Gas Pumps. Rinse/repeat.
