Burpee Bombs

THE SCENE:
Freezing, but not for long.

Given, and then given again for Couch Potato.

WARM-O-RAMA:

THA-THANG:
BOMBS –

PAX paired off and completed a combined total of:

  • 50 burpees
  • 100 overhead claps
  • 150 merkins
  • 100 big boy situps
  • 50 squats

As one partner completed the above, the other partner would run approximately 60 yards forward completing 1 burpee at each cone along the way (5 total). At the end of the cones, they would back pedal to the start point and switch out with their partner.

 

Once all in, PAX alternated lunge walking and bear crawling between the cones. At the end of the cones, PAX would back pedal to start point until all in. We did some merkin/right arm up/left arm up/halfway down stuff for a bit. Repeat this 3x.

MARY:
I think I heard Couch Potato say he wanted to do 100 flutter kicks, so we started to do so, but only got in 35 before time.
