Buccaneers Beat Down
THE SCENE:
A brisk 32 degrees. Quiet, almost too quiet like maybe a lot of people partied too hard at their Super Bowl parties. Having watch my Chiefs get beat down in the Super Bowl. 6 showed up for the beat down I was going to inflict on them for the loss.

Rifle Carried to first light pole to start Route 66 Workout.
1st Round Rifle carry and shoulder press starting with 1 up to 11 stopping at each light pole total 66 shoulder presses.
2nd Round Lunge walk with CMU followed by squat at each light pole 1-11 Total 66 squats.
3rd Round Rifle Carry with blockee Total 66 Blockees
Rifle Carry to back to starting point.

Started with a quote from the Great Vince Lombardi “Its not whether you get knocked down, its whether you get up” Didn’t have much to say that hasn’t already been said at other Qs over and over. Just Tried to incorporate what happened in the Super Bowl to the Chiefs and getting back up and in life if you get knocked down it’s how you get up that really counts in life.

Finally getting comfortable leading Q I think I need to be louder and more clear in my direction but over much more smooth in the transitions.
