Instructions

On “Bring Sally Up,” assume the up position in a BBS. On “Being Sally Down,” assume a half-way down position and hold until the phrase “Bring Sally Up” is sung. Hands should be interlocked behind your head, but can be modified accordingly. Feet can be wedged under something for support.
