BOMBS and 11s with a Fiery Sky

THE SCENE:
Too nice, light breeze, low humidity, beautiful sky.

THA-THANG:
Took a light mosey to the opposite side of the soccer field where we paired up for BOMBS, one adjustment to it was the partner who was moseying to the other side of the field went about 50 yards and the last 10 yards were marked off to bear crawl the final length and back before popping up to mosey on back to their partner.

Complete that and went back to the lot to do 11s with Calf Raises and Squat Jumps.
