Moseyed to the new bridge and back continuing to warm every so often with IC reps of:

OYO stretching and hydrating for 60 seconds

THA-THANG:
Blue Miles – (Three Mile Course of Events)

Bluest Mile
Run 400 meeter (1 lap) and do 40 Alternating Shoulder Taps (4 count).
X 4
Blue-er Mile
Run 200 m and do 20 Big Boy Sit-Ups, then run 200 m and do 20 crab kicks (4 count)
x 4 (planned for x 8 but time ran short)
Blue Mile
Run 100 meters and do a rep of 10…
Jump squats
Hand Release Merkins
Burpees
Crab kicks
4x
*Didn’t make it to this last mile, so we sprinted 100 m and did 10 burpees, then moseyed back to Startex, then we Bearcrawled, Crabwalked and did some more crabkicks
