You take back your freedom, it sounds counter intuitive but it really does ensure you work the plan you decided on for yourself. That’s why I don’t fartsack, I won’t let my morning decide what I’m doing. I take control of my morning. That doesn’t mean I will make every workout, things happen, work/family sometimes come between making it to the gloom.
