BLIMPS at Neverland

SSH x 25 – IC (3x)

Imperical walkers x 25 – IC (3x)

CMU Curls x 25 – IC (2x)

CMU OHP x 25 – IC (2x)

Quick mosey to the gazbo and back

BLIMPS – A circuit with a twist.

Burpees x 10

Lunges x 10 (2 is 1)

Imperial Walkers (2 is 1) x 10

Merkins (Hand release) x 10

Plank Jacks x 10

Squats x 10

We had 3 Pax that were brave enough to show up, so as a team we perfomed the circuit with a twist

2 Pax would perform this circuit IC while the 3rd Pax would farmer carry a CMU in each hand for 40ish yards and back. Then we would rotate where the next Pax would carry the load down and back. And so on. We did 3 rounds of Farmer carry and 3 rounds where we carried 1 CMU overhead.. down and back. Total of 6 rounds of BLIMPS.

Bicyicle Crunches, Flutter Kicks, Jane Fonas, and Pickle Pounders all x 10 IC

Held Low Plank for 30 sec / end time
3 PAX (0-FNGs) Wolfpack, Zima, Sleep Number


Whatever you do… do it in love. There is way to much negativity in this world. People are taking sides and drawing lines in the sand over things that we as individuals have no control over. We will let relationships end because someone doesn’t agree with you over a stupid Facebook post. I’m not saying to bow down or to keep quiet. I’m saying there is a right way to do. We are called to lead, so lead the right way. When you leave this world live it better than you found it for your family, your friends and even for those who don’t see things your way.


I had a different work out planned today, but I went back to what refer to as ol’ faithful. BLIMPS.  The good PAX that post at the Morg next Friday will find out what was planned for today. I enjoy leading workouts. It keeps me honest. I can’t take a couple reps of here and there. I’m leading so I have to push through the pain and keep going.
