11s on the wall. Walk legs up for handstand merkins. Walk legs down for merkins. (The idea was to keep your feet on the wall at all times, but it was very slippery. We will pretend the slipperiness is the only reason it didn’t happen.)

21s with merkins and alternating lunge jumps (2 is 1). (The exercises were structured within a burpee. By the time you are doing 17 merkins at the bottom of the burpee and 17 lunge jumps at the top, you aren’t really doing a burpee anymore.) After sets 10 and 15, perform pull-ups x 10.
