Descending ladder with handstand merkins, merkins, and burpees. 10 reps of each exercise, then 9, then 8, etc. all the way down to 1. Rinse and repeat with alternating jump lunges (2 is 1), squats, and calf raises (each leg separate).
Mosey to playground. 25 pull-ups OYO.
