Carry CMU’s to the field then mosey on trail to the gym.
25 Merkins, mosey down the trail to the cove
25 BSU’s, mosey down the trail to the benches
25 Dips, mosey down the trail to the monkey bars
Each PAX makes 1 trip across the monkey bars, hold plank while you wait, Repeat 5x. Mosey back to startex
