The best way to start a workout – 10 burpees
Mosey 1 lap around the track (100m jog, 100m side straddle left, 100m jog backward, 100m side straddle right)
Back at the Marble Slab:
SSH IC x 15
Imperial Walker IC x 15
Squat IC x 15
Windmill IC x 15
Little arm circles forward IC x 10
Little arm circles backward IC x 10
The Thang
Starting at the Slab end, sprint 100m on the straightaway toward the pull-up bars.
5 pull-ups, 10 dips, 15 squats
T-planks and One arm/one leg planks until all in, courtesy of Toms.
Sprint 100m on the other straightaway back to the Slab.
5 burpees, 10 Carolina dry dockers, 15 big boy sit-ups
Al Gore until all in.
Rinse and repeat with reps of pull-ups and burpees decreasing to 4, 3, and 2.  Reps of other exercises remained the same.
