Bearslides in the Grassy Bits

The Scene: It was a little cold

F3 Welcome and Disclaimer: given ample times

Warm-a-Rama: We started with 7 sets of 4 count motivators, then we went for an Indian jog. After finishing the first Indian jog we did some daisy pickers to cool down and then followed that with some imperial walkers. To finish the Warm-a-Rama we did the same Indian jog course and then did a 45 ft duck walk.

THA-THANG: We spent the next 25 minutes bear crawling along the grassy islands in the parking lot. It was a team exercise where you traded back and forth trying to get to what seems like a large number. Short moseys broke up each exercise. (they were 100 hand-release merkins, 150 squats, 200 BBSUs)

Mary: we did 57 4-count American hammers. (because that was when tremor put his feet down) We then did the Gun Show special. (Guantanamo)

COUNT-OFF & NAME-O-RAMA: 14 PAX present, No FNGs

Circle of Trust: Time management is key in all things. Don’t get distracted, that’ll screw you over.

Moleskin: The grass had ice on it. Probably could have worn thicker gloves.
