With ruck on, completed the following: 10-yard Bear Crawl, 20 Squats, 10-year Bear Crawl, 20 Merkins, 10-yard Bear Crawl, 20 Ruck Curls, 10-yard Bear Crawl, 20 4-count flutter kicks, 10-yard Bear Crawl, 20 4-count Mountain Climbers.  Rinsed and repeated 3 times.

Hold on a Minute

With ruck on, completed the following: 20 4-count Mountain Climbers, 20 Ruck Thrusters, 1 minute Overhead Ruck Hold

Spell Your Name Workout

Utilizing the below chart, spell your name. For this workout, we spelled BRUCE and therefore completed the following: 20 LBCs, 15 Merkins, 30 seconds of arm circles (15 seconds each direction) IC, 30 squats, and a 2 minute wall sit.
