THA-THANG:
Grab a partner and a sandbag for each duo. Lined up on the main road and clean & toss the sandbags about 100 yds.

Into the stables to the pull-up bars.
Introduced “head, shoulders, knees and toes”. Bit of a failure.  Oh well.

Side tossed the sandbags up and down the main road.

Chin-ups and squats and toes to bar and squats in between sandbag tosses.

We had a kid at MAM pass away this weekend to heart failure. it was a huge reminder that tomorrow is not promised and we need to love those around us with full hearts.
